STAGE ONE!

PLEASE NOTE: There has been a spiked increase to our water usage. Please ensure that there are no breaks or leaks in your irrigation lines and that you are mindful of the amount of watering and exterior washing that you are doing. Ensure that your hoses are turned off and not left running. Our current consumption is not sustainable and further action will be necessary if this continues.

Our aim is to reduce peak water demand while allowing residents to maintain their lawns and gardens. These rules focus on limiting sprinkler use to designated days on our Water Schedule which is attached under News & Notices!

Gardens & Landscaping

● Trees, Shrubs, and Flowers: Can generally be watered with a sprinkler during the same designated morning or evening hours as lawns.

● Hand-Watering: Handheld hoses (equipped with automatic shut-off nozzles), watering cans, and drip irrigation systems can usually be used at any time.

Outdoor Cleaning & Maintenance

● Vehicle Washing: Limit vehicle washing if possible.

● Pressure Washing: Permitted, though it is often recommended to sweep

surfaces instead; if you must wash driveways or exteriors, hoses typically

require a shut-off nozzle.

● Hot Tubs: Filling or topping off hot tubs, is generally permitted.
