1st Penalty - $25.00 if paid after May 31, 2025
2nd Penalty - $75.00 if paid after July 31, 2025

1st Installment Tolls & Taxes $375.00 on or before May 31, 2025 (NO PENALTY)
1st Penalty - $25.00 if paid after May 31, 2025
2nd Penalty - $75.00 if paid after July 31, 2025
2nd Installment Tolls & Taxes $375.00 on or before Oct. 31, 2025 (NO PENALTY)
1st Penalty - $25.00 if paid after Oct. 31, 2025
2nd Penalty - $75.00 if paid after Dec. 31, 2025
10.20% on unpaid balance
GROUP B: NO DWELLING, TAX ONLY
Option 1:
2025 Taxes $250.00 on or before May 31, 2025 (NO PENALTY)

1st Installment Taxes $125.00 on or before May 31, 2025 (NO PENALTY)

To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven days before the due date specified on your bill. You are welcome to pay for both installments using post dated cheques.
